Wellness, not medical
Four is a wellness companion, not a medical product. It is not a substitute for a clinician. Do not use it for a medical emergency. If you may be in danger, contact local emergency services.
Age
Four is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, do not create an account.
Acceptable use
- Use Four for yourself.
- Do not break, probe, or overload the service.
- Do not send us someone else’s private information.
- Do not use Four to harass anyone.
We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Membership
This website does not charge you. The home page shows the planned membership: $11.99 a month, with the first month at $5.99, or $89.99 a year, each after a 5-day free trial. Before the app charges anyone, it will show the price, when the trial ends, and how to cancel. You would cancel in the store account that billed you. There are no ads.
Limits
Four can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from what Four shows, or for loss of data or a similar indirect loss. We do not limit any liability the law says we cannot limit.
